Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide professional consultation and product recommendations to walk-in customers.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recurring clients to build brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and/or local dialects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
