Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin are highly advantageous.
- A target-driven mindset with a genuine passion for sales and client engagement.
