Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting customers with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage various payment methods.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store displays are appealing and organized.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them to satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities to educate customers.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
