Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment in line with company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin (to handle diverse clientele).
- Dynamic personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in POS systems.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
