Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product information and selection to meet their needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Participate in store displays and merchandising activities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
