Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales activities and product distribution to designated retail outlets in the Balikpapan area.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with store owners and retail managers to ensure product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and proactively suggest reorders to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute promotional programs and ensure shelf compliance according to company standards.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and provide market feedback to the sales supervisor.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and reliable service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, prior experience in FMCG sales or retail is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a reliable motorcycle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong knowledge of the Balikpapan area and its retail landscape.
- Results-oriented, resilient, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
