Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers to understand their specific furniture and home decor needs.
- Provide expert product recommendations and design advice to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store floor and showroom.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends and product features to better assist customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage).
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- A keen interest in interior design or home furniture styling.
