Rifeng International Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant Interpreter to join our team in Makassar. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential bridge between our sales department, international clients, and Mandarin-speaking partners.
As a Sales Assistant Interpreter, your contribution is vital to our operational success. You will not only assist with day-to-day sales support but also ensure seamless communication flow in high-stakes business environments. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, culturally aware, and passionate about driving sales growth through effective communication.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate real-time verbal and written translation between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, clients, and the local sales team.
- Assist the Sales Department in drafting, translating, and preparing business proposals, contracts, and presentation materials.
- Act as a liaison during business meetings, negotiations, and site visits to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
- Support the coordination of sales activities and internal projects to streamline daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up actions resulting from meetings or client inquiries.
- Assist in resolving communication barriers between expatriate management and local staff members.
- Prepare weekly status reports based on interactions and feedback from international partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, International Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural business environments.
- Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or interpretation role is highly desirable.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail/product environment.
- Willingness to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.
