You will work closely with store supervisors to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist store coordinators and supervisors in managing daily merchandise and inventory flow.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising displays.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with regular inventory replenishment and stock counting.
- Support store operations, including receiving shipments and organizing stockroom areas.
- Actively contribute to reaching individual and team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail is a plus.
- Possess a customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a retail environment with flexible shift schedules (including weekends/holidays).
- Proficient in basic mathematics for sales transactions.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
- Residing in or willing to be stationed in the Kudus area.
