Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising, product display, and floor cleanliness.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and stock takes.
Kualifikasi
- Male, with a professional and well-groomed appearance suitable for a luxury fashion brand.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly motivated.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
- Willing to undergo a selection process requiring recent portrait and full-body photographs.
