- Manage and nurture incoming sales leads to ensure timely and effective conversion.
- Assist in the development and execution of targeted sales strategies for B2B clients.

- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team in Jakarta.
