Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for steel and stainless steel products.
- Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the distribution and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and industrial partners.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high-performance delivery and target achievement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, specifically within the steel or stainless steel distribution/trading industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of steel product specifications, grades, and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage B2B sales cycles and complex contract negotiations.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for business development purposes as required.
