Are you an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector? Our client, a leading player in the Plastic Injection industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant Manager to join their team in Karawang. This is a strategic role designed for a leader who can drive business growth, nurture key client relationships, and oversee technical sales operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
As the Sales Assistant Manager, you will be the bridge between client requirements and production capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence while maintaining high standards of service. We are looking for an individual who is not only a closer but also a mentor capable of guiding the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the plastic injection molding sector.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key clients and industrial partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in Karawang and surrounding areas.
- Provide technical guidance to clients regarding plastic injection capabilities and product specifications.
- Manage the sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and support to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget analysis for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic injection or automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang and travel for client meetings as required.
