Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Provide expert product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking of products on the floor.
- Promote current store campaigns or featured items to drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payment transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
