Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Execute efficient cashier operations, including processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain high standards of product display, shelf organization, and cleanliness following company planograms.
- Actively promote health and beauty products, demonstrating strong knowledge to drive sales targets.
- Manage inventory flow, including fulfillment, restocking, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Participate in CRM initiatives to build customer loyalty and drive repeat visits.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful store atmosphere at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
