Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Provide expert product recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
- Drive store sales performance to meet or exceed daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain boutique appearance standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory reports.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts in a casual/vacation capacity.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to retail merchandising.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
