Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Actively promote products and explain their features to potential buyers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or direct sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and shifts as required.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Jakarta Barat.
