Your Day to Day
You will be the face of our brand. Your day will be filled with engaging conversations, helping customers find products they love, and ensuring the store reflects our premium standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with every customer warmly, identifying their needs and presenting solutions through our diverse product range.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all products, promotions, and brand values to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually stunning, well-stocked, and organized according to visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock audits.
- Build a loyal customer base by collecting feedback, handling concerns, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the store team to create an energetic, inviting, and professional environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable learning new point-of-sale software.
