Tanggung Jawab
- Drive daily sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that match their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales generation activities, including in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed individual and shop sales targets consistently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising to optimize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and organized sales environment.
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
