Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized product recommendations to customers based on their vision needs and style preferences
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and maintaining accurate sales records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communications and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with optometrists and staff to ensure seamless customer journey across all touchpoints
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor presentation aligns with brand guidelines
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on new eyewear technologies and trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience in customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and point-of-sale systems
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid Singapore work permit and availability for flexible retail hours including weekends
