This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱18,000 – ₱23,000 per month, plus opportunities for growth within our expanding company. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all clients in the fragrance store
- Develop deep product knowledge of all fragrances, notes, and ingredients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Stay updated on industry trends and new fragrance launches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fragrances and beauty products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
