Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and promotions
- Actively participate in product training and sales strategy sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Passion for customer service and retail excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
