Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer rapport.
- Present and explain City Savings Bank’s suite of loan products and financial services clearly and effectively.
- Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal documentation standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest localized sales strategies.
- Maintain a high level of performance by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly sales quotas.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth processing and client onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, field operations, or relationship management is highly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with Ipil and the surrounding Zamboanga Sibugay areas.
- Must be willing to travel extensively to various locations within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle field-based challenges with professionalism.
