Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about our health and wellness offerings
- Actively promote and sell clinic products and services to drive revenue growth
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the sales manager
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
