- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and merchandised
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and achieve store sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and store maintenance as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
