Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Provide expert product recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, including cash and card handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment tasks to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer concerns or issues with patience and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly store sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing payments and tracking inventory.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
