- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all clients
- Actively engage with customers to understand their wellness needs and preferences
- Recommend appropriate luxury wellness products based on customer requirements
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and well-organized store environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to understand and explain product features and benefits
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
