Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify potential clients through fieldwork, online platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to explain financing options.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential leads and existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the credit team to process loan applications and facilitate approvals.
- Promote Cepat Kredit Financing products and services to the local community to drive brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
