- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting the right karaoke machines and accessories by demonstrating product features.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Upsell products and promotions to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational diploma is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
