Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting Platinum Karaoke products, packages, and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on product features and competitive market information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
