Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and retail partners.
- Effectively promote and demonstrate Hiessence products to a diverse customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales transactions and inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area for client meetings.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
