As a Sales Associate, you will demonstrate our financing products to prospective customers, address their inquiries, and negotiate contracts to ensure successful closures. Your ability to communicate effectively and close deals will directly impact your success and the company’s growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new leads through online platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and sell financing products to prospective clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of terms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
