Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, referrals, fieldwork, and walk-ins.
- Conduct product presentations and explain financing terms and conditions to potential customers.
- Negotiate payment terms and close sales agreements to meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to process applications and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in Cebu City and flexible to work weekends or holidays if required.
