Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their inquiries and product needs.
- Drive sales through active selling techniques, product demonstrations, and effective upselling.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and keeping the sales floor organized and well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
