- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations for Platinum Karaoke systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Manage store inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to store management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and POS software
- Passion for music and entertainment products preferred
