- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect karaoke equipment to suit their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and functionality to potential buyers with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are up-to-date and attractively arranged.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS system.
