Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, bars, and restaurants across Bali
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the brewery at industry events and promotional activities
- Manage inventory orders and coordinate distribution logistics
- Provide product training to retail staff and on-premise accounts
- Prepare weekly sales reports and analyze performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Results-driven with proven track record meeting targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of craft beer market trends beneficial
