Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.
- Proactive, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
