Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable personality.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
