- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Product knowledge and demonstration of luggage, bags, and travel accessories
- Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and display areas
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to the store management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
