Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors, providing expert product knowledge and design recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain the aesthetic standards of the HCG showroom, ensuring all displays are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and manage customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery schedules.
- Develop and nurture relationships with walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers to generate repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and update the management team on market trends and customer feedback.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, construction materials, or luxury goods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic POS systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support showroom operations.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for interior aesthetics.
