As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience for our valued customers. You will work closely with the store management team to maintain high visual standards and manage inventory efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the store manager promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic about promoting brand image and values.
