- Identify and qualify potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and field sales activities
- Conduct thorough client needs assessment to recommend appropriate financing solutions
- Prepare and present loan collateral documentation including asset valuations and verification reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure proper collateral evaluation and risk assessment

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business/Finance preferred
- 1-2 years sales or customer service experience in financial services
