Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure all client data and sales activities are accurately logged in the company CRM system.
- Provide timely and exceptional customer support to address client inquiries and concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, technology solutions, or agency environments.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to changing market trends.
