Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations of our digital and integrated technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance and tailored solutions to meet specific client security needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance against monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and service capabilities.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the B2B or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of digital solutions, security systems, or integrated technology products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
