Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the showroom.
- Conduct product demonstrations of electric motorcycles, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV models.
- Assist with test rides and facilitate vehicle handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Stay updated on the latest EV market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
