Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and recommend premium gelato, chocolate, and beverage products with expert knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and taste experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Maintain pristine store presentation and hygiene standards in line with luxury brand requirements
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-promotional strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and product rotation
- Participate in seasonal product training to stay current on new offerings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or retail experience preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages valued
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for premium food and beverage products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic mathematical aptitude for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
