Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to diverse clientele at NAIA Terminal 3
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
