PT Hadir Mengharumkan Nusantara is looking for an energetic and charismatic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Bali. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating an immersive sensory experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized fragrance consultations to help customers identify scents that match their personality and style.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including scent notes, ingredients, and brand history.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking displays and ensuring product presentation meets luxury standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the fragrance boutique.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and brand workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or luxury consumer goods is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage customers in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor suitable for a premium retail environment.
- Ability to work in a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
