In this role, you will be the face of our premium fish product line, building relationships with new clients and ensuring our high-quality frozen and processed seafood reaches a wider customer base. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for identifying new business opportunities, and possesses the communication skills to turn prospects into long-term partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the distribution of frozen and processed fish products.
- Actively prospect and onboard new B2B and retail clients across the Jakarta region.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback analysis for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of the frozen food or seafood market is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Jakarta area as required by business needs.
