Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers at partner retail locations to introduce Home Credit financing products.
- Explain product benefits, interest rates, and terms clearly to ensure customer understanding.
- Maintain a professional image and represent Home Credit Indonesia core values at all times.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote financial products and reach potential new clients.
- Guide customers through the digital application process using the Home Credit mobile platform.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain good relationships with partner store staff to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using smartphones and social media for business purposes.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a neat and professional appearance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.
